Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed. During collection launches, sales, and holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
Sun Kissed XO offers Flat Rate Shipping of $8.95 on all orders within the United States.
Free Shipping on orders over $100
Delivery Estimates
After your order has been processed and shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Sun Kissed XO is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Sun Kissed XO is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact USPS directly. We will gladly assist you in providing any information needed to file a claim.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order ships.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Sun Kissed XO is proud to offer local pickup for customers in the following areas:

📍 Holly Ridge, NC
📍 Sneads Ferry, NC
How to Select Local Pickup
To waive shipping charges, eligible local customers must enter the code:
SUNKISSEDLOCAL
at checkout.
This code is reserved exclusively for customers located within the approved local pickup areas listed above.
Important: Pickup Arrangements Required
After placing your order, you must contact Sun Kissed XO to arrange pickup.

Orders will not be scheduled for pickup until contact has been made.
Pickup Locations & Times
Pickup locations and times will be arranged directly with each customer based on availability. For safety and privacy reasons, exact pickup details will be provided after arrangements have been confirmed.
Use of Local Pickup Code
The code SUNKISSEDLOCAL is intended only for customers located in Surf City, Holly Ridge, or Sneads Ferry, North Carolina.
If the code is used by customers outside of the approved service area, Sun Kissed XO reserves the right to:
Cancel the order
Invoice the customer for shipping charges
Hold the order until shipping fees have been paid
Pickup Timeframe
Orders selected for local pickup should be picked up within 14 days of notification that the order is ready.
If pickup arrangements have not been made within 14 days, Sun Kissed XO reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund, less any applicable processing fees.
Additional Information
Sun Kissed XO reserves the right to refuse local pickup services and require shipping for any order when necessary.
